Default PCM, options for replacement

About 5 months ago truck overheated limp mode came on and blinking CEL (previously codes PO420, 430.) I quickly drove home about a 10-minute drive. The CEL was blinking so I took it to the dealer. They replaced lines to the turbo for they were leaking. Figured this is why limp mode was triggered. About 2 weeks after fix, limp mode hit again. It would come on everyday sense. Now I only have about a 10-minute drive. At first thought it was the MAP sensors. So, I cleaned them, but limp mode still would come on. I do recall a strong smell right before limp was activated. I thought it was because of the issue with the Cat (rotten egg smell and smell was close enough to that.) After doing some research I come to the conclusion it is my PCM. Radio stopped working, batteries in my Fob would drain after 2 days (happened 3 tines.) I ran a Forscan here are the codes. PO420-430, PO61A, P2227, P0236, U0140.. In addition, test showed circuit short to ground, open circuit to audio control module, auto lamp input and headlamp off input, B1A02 speaker 2. Help with my option for every day I find another possible cause to check (could be the battery) with ballpark financial hit.
