Default Part Identification

I posted this in the '09-'14 forum but haven't gotten any responses so I figured I'd post here since the '14 struts mounts are the same as the '15-'16.

2014 FX4 5.0
I spent a couple of hours last night installing a set of Rancho Quicklifts in the front and RS9000xl's in the back. When I was removing the front coilovers I noticed this spacer below the lower mount point. I've checked the parts and maintenance diagrams and don't see this listed anywhere. I didn't reinstall it below the Ranchos, but I'm wondering if I need it.
Anyone else have these?
Thanks

My 2014 didn't have them. I removed the coilovers when installing a leveling kit and I didn't see any of those.

Yeah I don't get it. I cant find any pics or any mention of these things anywhere.
Maybe they are there to keep the lower portion of the strut off the LCA and allow it to rotate freely?

I think someone just put it on for a spacer to lift the front up maybe 1". See them on chevys. They are called lower strut spacers. I'm assuming your not the 1st owner?

2nd owner. Make sense now that I think about it. I noticed when I went to remove the nuts that the bolts didn't protrude all the way through the nuts. So I guess they added that spacer and used the factory bolts.
