Default Part ID Help!

Hey guys, first post here so forgive me if I need to post elsewhere on the forum.

I was replacing the water pump on my ‘15 F150 5.0 and accidentally broke this connector that plugs into the purge valve. I have spent 2 days furiously scouring the web trying to ID this connector so I could replace it. I believe that the hose connects the purge valve (above the throttle body) to the evap canister (behind engine). I have found numerous listings of hoses that LOOK similar and have what appears to be the same connector, but they all say it only fits the 3.5L. I’d prefer to buy just the connector on the end of the hose rather than replacing the hole line, but beggars can’t be choosers! Does anyone know the correct name or part number of either this connector or the hose/line??

Can’t help you on the part name, but typically Ford will not sell just the connectors, they sell the whole assembly. Maybe once you find the part name/number, Rock Auto or similar may sell just the connectors, but I seriously doubt it. Sorry about your troubles. I tend to break stuff when working on my truck too. A 5 min job turns into a $100’s fiasco. 🤣🤣🤷‍♂️

Oh every single time! I had that water pump pulled and replaced in about 4 hours, but then some O rings gave out as I was putting it all back together, so I had to make another run to Advance Auto 🤦‍♂️
