Default Panorama Sunshade problem

Hi all,

Thanks for taking time to read this. I have a 2015 King Ranch and I think something is wrong with the sunshade. I looked at multiple videos to make sure I wasn't missing something, but my sunshade is not "one touch." I have to hold down the sunshade and the moon roof buttons the entire time to open them. If I press them once, nothing happens. Is this a problem?

My shade button is one touch to open half way, two if i want it open all the way. If I hit the roof button it opens the shade half way then the glass.

I tried that, but the only way to open mine is to hold the button down the entire time. If I touch it once, it moves like an inch and then stops?

I've never had that, mine always does one touch.

From the manual.

The moonroof controls are located on the overhead console and have a one-touch
open and close feature. To stop its movement during one-touch operation,
press the control a second time.

Opening and Closing the Moonroof

Moonroof open. Press and
release to open the moonroof.
The moonroof stops short of the
fully opened position. Press and
release the control again to open
the moonroof fully.
A
Moonroof vent. Press and
release to vent the moonroof.

Sunshade open. Press and release to open the sunshade.
The sunshade opens automatically with the
moonroof. You can also open the sunshade with the moonroof
closed. Note: The sunshade
stops short of its fully opened
position for the comfort of rear
passengers. To open the
sunshade fully, press the control
again.
Sunshade close. Press and
release to close the sunshade.
D
Moonroof close. Press and
release to close the moonroof
from either the open or vent
positions.
E
Bounce-Back
The moonroof automatically reverses

Mine is the same. I have to press it like 3 times. It stops short of the halfway. Press again and goes to halfway then press again to open fully. Same with closing. I think there is a way to calibrate.

It must be a button pressing order to calibrate it somehow.
