Default Paintless dent removal, I'm hoping for the best

I was hunting a few weeks ago and someone left a shooting stick on my rear bumper. It was dark and I didn't know it was there so I sandwiched it between the tailgate and the bumper when I opened the tailgate. It resulted in my first dent. I tried to let it go but the truck is less than a year old and it has been bothering me. A friend of mine that works at a body shop took it to work today so his Pdr guy could fix it. I had Paintless work done on my 2011 but the aluminum makes me a little nervous. Well we'll see how it goes... My friend said it shouldn't be a problem.

I have a small one as well on my tailgate. I've also been hesitant due to the aluminum, so I'm quite curious how well they are able to do this.

I had a dent on my pasanger side door at the bottom where the crease is. Like someone heavy kneeled into it.

I put hot water about 8 cups (steam coming out) into the area. The door then was moldeable and i was able to get the dent just using my hands by pressing around the dent. This made the dent pop out. Jackpot! Like nothing happened.

I agree, I've used it before (not on aluminum) and couldn't tell there was anything there before.

I took a tree branch to the hood two weeks ago. Two small dents. Local well-reviewed PDR dude pulled them out without a problem. Fun fact: the hoods on these have been aluminum on the steel body trucks for a long time, so it's not all that new to them.
