I have a 2017f 150 sc ,xlt oxford white and have noticed too many rock chips which I have touched up the best I could. Has anyone else had this problem with Ford paint?

 

I driven on dirt and potholed roads, I-94 in Michigan and just found my first chip yesterday. My truck has painted bumpers too so I'm pretty happy with just one.

I drive gravel roads and occasionally off road and haven't noticed not one rock chip or other related paint problems .I've magnetic (gray)

Seen a lot of paint related issues here and noticed certain paint colors seem to have the most problems.
Could it be that only certain colors are prone to paint issues?
Why, how would that be? Don't know, just asking?

 

Yes-- I have noticed that Ford paint seems to chip more than the other makes I have had-- way more on both my 2015 F-150 and my 2017 Roush Mustang
That they chip a lot easier is one of only 3 things I don't like about the truck- other than those I love the truck
Mine is Oxford White also
