UPDATE
the factory EVAP valve is workig good and no more code. the wife has drove the trcuk many times, short trips, long trips, fuel always 3/4 or below. put gas in etc etc. So it appears the NAPA part's have been bad. dealer items for me for now on..Hope this helps someone

Another update.
still good to go with no code. I guess genuine ford parts for me for now on.
