Default P0C2C code

Hi all.

Ive had the wrench sign show up last two weeks as we've been on the highway. It comes on...then disappears after an hour.

Finally got a Bluetooth odb and downloaded forscan.

It's for the trans pump for auto stop start. We basically don't use auto stop anymore....push off always now.

Not much on Google. Aaron Hines has a replacement video.

Thoughts ? I'm thinking screw it for now. I'm not using the auto stop start feature 99 percent of the time.

From what I've read this DTC indicates that it could be an electrical issue with the feedback signal. I suggest you carefully inspect your harness wiring and connectors for damage. Rodents love to chew on wiring these days and wiring under the truck is subjected to road hazards.

I assume that with this DTC the PCM disables Auto Start-Stop which for you is probably a benefit.
