Default P051d

2019 3.5, recently changed spark plugs and now I am getting a P051D DTC and Check Engine Loght. I pulled thePCV hose off to get one of the coil packs out during the plug change and thought I may have not reattached it all the way, removed again and reattached to where it clicked into place. Cleared the light and was back on within 3 miles. Any suggestions?

I’m thinking clean and replace the PCV valve. Thanks in advance.

P051D sets when the Crankcase Pressure Sensor signal voltage is greater than 4.9 V which is outside the allowable limit. This indicates either a wiring problem with a short to Reference Voltage (5.0 V) or a failed Crankcase Pressure Sensor.
