The Turbos force a lot more air at a much higher velocity than un-charged engines and suck the oil right off the filter.
The filters are not made to hold oil under those circumstances.
The oil type used is not friendly to the Cats, it's not like engine oil.
Don't use these filters thinking there is a worthwhile advantage on a stock NA engine. The stock filters flow more than enough air until they begin to block with Dirt, then it's normal time to replace them.
Remember, the Throttle Body opening controls airflow at all times at less than wide open. You cannot force more air into the engine by NA means unless super charged by some means. This is how the issue came about with the oiled filter.
Higher flow filters don't offer any advantage in normal road use because engine displacement and Throttle opening are the control factors in NA use. These engines don't use Mass Air metering like the old ones, so flow changes are s not measured outside the intake manifold like the old engines. It's done by Vacuum changes inside the Intake with a Map Sensor.
NA means Naturally Aspirated by normal Barometric Pressure.
Good luck.

My new numbers, clearly the K&N was the issue.
