Ordered a '15 Lariat Supercrew 5.0L 501a chrome FX4 bucket seats center console this weekend. Same day I got a call from salesman saying the bucket seats/center console was not available unless I ordered the 502a package. I don't believe that and about to tell him to go pound sand - any thoughts?

 

I just built it on Ford's site and it let me select the leather trimmed heated and cooled buckets without issue.

 

Ford is getting selective at driving you to order certain packages and options. What may be available to select online on Fords consumer website may be different than what Ford is allowing to order this late in the model years production?

If you want to find out for certain, go to the dealer and have them show you the paperwork or go to their Fleet Sales Manager and they should be able to build you up a vehicle on their PC, while you watch.
