Default Order Status

I'm trying to find the status of my Raptor order but Cotus isn't working. Is there another way to find out info?

I did but no help. They gave me the order number and their dealer code to track but that doesn't work.

Three weeks after placing your order, you should be able to get your VIN from your dealer and it should work with COTUS (https://wwwqa.cotus.ford.com).

Sometimes it's wonky, I hear, but I gather it almost always works. I have been reloading that page every day for a month, and only one day did it not quite work right. My guess is a typo. An o (oh) for a 0 (zero). Mine started working about a week after I received an emailed photo of the order from the dealer. But then Raptors might be on a whole other time frame.
