Default Ongoing transmission issues

Hoping for some advice. I bought a cpo 2018 lariat with the 5.0 a few months ago and immediately began having transmission issues with hard shifts, check engine light coming on, etc. After an extended battle with the dealership and Ford they replaced the entire trans under warranty. It was fine for about a month, but now seems to be starting to shift harshly again. No where near as bad as before but definitely noticeable. Is there anything else that could be the culprit? I’m obviously annoyed and exploring various recourses, but wondering what the actual issue could be.

thanks
Dan

The 10 speed is quirky. If you're not getting codes like you were before, it may just be normal operation. It's well documented on here. Most users report a significant reduction in issues as miles get put on it. So, just drive it and let it learn your style and break in.

my 17 10 speed had some harshness issues after a flash and the problem ended being one of the transmissions pumps. Once that was replace not issues at all. The dealership said it was starting to fail and it never thru any codes and was an intermittent problem.

they replaced entire trans. Would assume that was changed too. Isn’t it inside transmission? I suppose I shouldn’t assume anything at this point
