One up-man-ship
Since I bought a new 2017 F-150 XLT in May, my son-in-law has gone out and bought a 2017 F-250 Platinum!
I forgive him, he and my daughter delivered my first grandchild 2 days ago.

Status statement. Your F150 probably has more payload. Show him the sticker, he may go trade it for an F350.

Not only NO, but OH HELL NO!
Quote from my Father "I wouldn't take a million bucks for one of my kids. And I wouldn't give you a nickle for another one!"
Quote from my Mother "God knew what he was doing when he gave the babies to YOUNG women!"

He has me in towing capacity by about 4000#, and in GCWR by about 8000#.
My trailer has a 6000# GVWR, his has an 18000# GVWR! (He has converted a race car hauler into a toy hauler.)

I haven't heard your son in law on here so he must be more mature and not the whiner you are, Grow up.
Hard to believe a grown man would go on a public forum and whine that someone bought a bigger truck than his, WTF
