Question Oil in transfer case???

Hi, I want to change the oil in the transfer case F-150/5.0/4x4/2018/Lariat with 4A, what Motorcraft oil should I fill and how much do I need?

Yes, this is a recommendation, but a lot is written about how it has now changed.
In the Video, the guy (7 minutes) says that those oils harm the transfer case and recommends using a different oil.

the only fluid that goes in there is mercon LV trans fluid, anything else will burn the t-case up, especially if it has the automatic 4wd option

Thank you very much, yes, the car has four-wheel drive and has 4A, I ordered this oil.

I don’t know if anyone there changed the oil before me and if they changed it, when did it happen), but I’m going to go to the sea from Ukraine to Bulgaria at the end of the month, this trip will be +- 3000 km.

I didn't catch it in the video but while we are on the topic, what did he seal those plugs with? Or am I imagining things and it's just a bare plug?

I'd definitely do what some random guy on Youtube recommends, instead of following the instructions in the manufacturer's owner manual.
