Default Oil on spark plug

I have a little over 61000 miles on a 2017 F150 5.0. When I changed the spark plugs this morning I found oil on the number 2 cylinder plug. (See pics) Any thoughts?

Looks to me like the plug wasn't seated properly. It seals on the tapered seat and it appears there has been blow-by. The picture of the seat clearly shows that it was not sealed all the way around.

Would that be the only reason it is covered in oil and would cleaning the seating area and properly seating fix any issues?

It is hard to tell from the picture, but it seems like there is no damage. I would just clean things up the best I could and install the new plug and torque it to spec with a torque wrench. It doesn't take much torque: 15 N·m [133 lb·in].

I just got back in from cleaning it up and installing a new plug. Thank you for your input.
I'll pull that plug occasionally and keep an eye on it.

I have a 2018 f150 5.0 61K miles this is what my plugs also looked like, I also took my throttle body off to clean it completely around because you won’t believe what lies behind that wall you can’t see. anyways after installing new plugs and a squeaky clean throttle body she runs smooth like butter, more power restored, the shifts are cleaner, Mpgs went up and I’m really enjoying the less stressed sound of the idle. Soon I plan to install an oil catch can to see if maybe this can clear up some of the deposits in the future. Good luck.

I agree by looking at the plug sealing surface and seeing it Black with Carbon shows it was not tightened down.
Otherwise, the plug tip Proclain is clean and normal for heat range and Cylinder Health.
Good luck.
