Default Offset, wheel spacers and flares?

Just ordered some paramount raptor style flares. They cover 2" over stock.

I'm sure this has been discussed a million times but I can't seem to find a conclusive answer.

My wheels (stock 18" chrome rim) 275/70R18 +44 offset running KO2's

I would like to do a spacer (do not tell me spacers are unsafe, that is a different topic) and logic says a 2" spacer will give the flares a stock look. According to my math, stock wheels have +44 offset so to go with a 2" spacer would be roughly -7 offset. But when I look up negative offsets the -12 and more don't seem to be actually sitting out enough to be flush with 2" of flare. I have also seen posts where people say a 1.25" to 1.5" spacer brings your wheel flush to stock fender, so again math 1.5" + 2" = 3.5"...I'm ok with spacers but not so keen on that much stress.

So bottom line, anyone running spacers to make there stock wheels flush with fender flares?

I'm running 1.5" spacers and the wheels stick out just barely. I don't have flares and I have 35x12.50/20 trail grapplers on stock wheels. I want to get new wheels with the correct offset and ditch the spacers but like you I can't find anything conclusive enough to sway me.

I am running 20x9 with a 14 offset and my rims are pretty much flush. I would think you would need a -10 to -20 to be safe.

I have Bushwacker flares, stock sport 20's wheels and 295/60r20. I have 2" rear spacers and 2.25" front spacers. It sits flush with fenders. Maybe 0.25" of tire bulge pokes. Previously had fuel 20x9 with -12mm offset. Basically same look.

Any crash bar trimming? Are you bushwhackers 1.5" coverage?

Awesome trucks! My math was putting offset at -7 to push out 2" so -10 to -20 makes sense.

Would you happen to have any pics down the side of the truck?

Those are the same wheels I have, so that give me a good idea. It's looks like your wheels pop out maybe 1/2" unless it's just the angle!
I think I am going to order the 2" spacers and I'll post pics with the flares once I install everything.
