That's for sure. Ford did take a gamble a few years ago with the RC Tremor and it didn't sell well for a couple of reasons. I think it was only available in a EcoBoost and that was prior the EB being accepted as alternative to a V8, and second, the sticker price was crazy expensive.

Dodge knows the market, they build cars/trucks the customer wants out of the box with cool engines & cool colors-->They also provide accessories to keep the HP-SPEED FREAKS Happy.

I would agree...Ram as a better selection of options for RCs. The steel body and 700 or so extra pounds was deal breaker, well that and its a Ram. All Ford would really need to do is make a Sports option for the XLT RC and that would make most of us happy. Ford does limit the color choice too on a XL Sport. The only way to get painted bumpers on a XLT RC is to get two tone paint. On a truck like mine the bottom and bumpers would be Magnetic, which is alright I guess just not what I wanted. The RC market is limited these day. In fact currently the 2019 Ram is not available in a RC yet.

I would love a reg cab Raptor. Soon as I run a 9.99 1/4 mile I think I'm doing the whole baja treatment on mine... Fenders, long travel suspension... everything.

I agree with ecoboost part it would of been a hit if the 5.0 was standard and maybe a eco option for those who really wanted to got that route, but price wise a fx4 was around 43-46k which isn't bad considering they where fully loaded basicly a lariat in a regular cab. My 16 fx4 sticker was at 43k and with the crappy gray work truck interior and halogen lights. So if ford was to offer a tremor right now with more engine options It would be a steal.

The reg cab options leave a lot to be desired.
I wanted ptm everything but it was only offered on the xl sport. I wanted sync 3 with nav, puddle, spot mirrors, and power seat. It sucks that it only came with the 301a xlt package. Which in turn comes with chrome appearance. If there was a Lariat option, i would have opt for it.
