Default Official Lease Thread

I figure we have an official thread to post about lease deals people are getting for their '15 F-150's. If everyone that is leasing would be so kind as to list their lease deals in order to help others that would be great.

Please post as follows:

Model-
MSRP-
Selling price-
Residual%-
Money Factor/APR-
Months-
Miles-
Down Payment-
Monthly Payment-

Also, list any fees and whether you added the taxes in the payment or if you payed them up front. All this info will come in real handy for others thinking about leasing.

I capped the tax and all fees so my OTD is just first month payment, $655. Fees included advertising assessment, $890, fuel charge $120, dmv lic/doc/title $170.

Are you sure you're getting a residual at 64% with 15,000 miles? Residual on 15,000 should be 61%.

Residual is 64% on a platinum. 61% is lariat. More expensive the trim, the higher the residual.
