So if I'm ordering a black lariat sport, I'm getting the two bar black grill...
Is there a difference between the STX grille and SE grille? I want it to match my black truck. Do the black lariat SE come with a black grille or the greyish color?

The STX & XLT-SE the honeycomb is black. The Lariat SE the grille honeycomb is gray.

Thanks, I only know the difference between the STX and Lariat SE...Yes I have the one with the gray honeycomb.

Thanks man. There're tons of pages and didn't know if the issue was discussed, hence simply asking :). Appreciate the help. Guess the ugly stock grille stays then. Any other options for a Platinum truck without having to paint it? Never had good luck with a painted part in the front; awful chipping every time. Thx.

2018 lariat with stx grill
I have a bluejean lariat and had to get a stx grill to get bluejean. You need to see what colors lariat or stx/xlt se come in to get black or grey insert

What's the difference (or differences) between the SE and STX grilles? If not the SE, maybe the STX is (or was) made in platinum white, like my truck. But most importantly, whichever is made in white, it needs to be compatible with the front camera emblem. Thx.

the Lariat special edition grille has a silver facing on the front of the honeycomb the STX/XLT SE grille does not have that silver facing on the honeycomb. Look at my grille vs OCMike’s grille to see the difference. The special editions are not available in white the STX is available in white but only Oxford White not Platinum White

Lariat se is only one in platinum white but has foundry gray instead of black honeycomb

I don't really think that grille is available in Platinum white. When you try it build a Platinum White Lariat SE on Ford.com it won't let you. Oxford white is no problem.
