Default OEM Headlight question

I’ve got a 2020 XLT with standard headlights. I found a great deal on OEM LED headlights from a 2018. Is this a plug and play swap, or am I biting off more than I want to chew with this? Thanks in advance!

You will need a harness to go from standard halogen lights to OEM LED. This is a google search link. I don't know which harness is best.
