Default Odd startup screen

I’ve had my 2019 F-150 for a little over 2 years, and for the past 2-3 months, on 5 occasions, the following screen shows up when I get in my truck…

”SYSTEM OFF TO SAVE BATTERY
PLEASE TURN IGNITION OFF OR START ENGINE”

I have NO idea what this means! My ignition IS off - I do not have a “start engine” button; I have to use the key to start the truck. Any help is appreciated.
I’d post a pic of the screen, but apparently I’m not jumping through the right hoops.

Have you had your battery checked?

It means your battery charge is low. Has your truck been sitting a lot over the holidays? It will likely go away if you charge up the battery. I would get the battery load tested just to make sure it is not something more ominous.
