Noisy Drivetrain
Hey All-
II've got a 2018 F150 5.0 and I'm interested in hearing about drivetrain noises. I've read there is a good bit of "slop" in the drivetrain, but when is this an issue? I swear my drivetrain and transmission is so fricking clunky and noisy. Between the 3rd gear transmission issues, the VCT problem, the noisy drivetrain, etc. I swear this thing is going to fall apart one day. Are there issues with the rear dif? I swear it could be making noise too.
So what strange drivetrain noises does your f150 make? Did you investigate? Did you make repairs? Did it get better?
