This last weekend my Compass and mapping stopped working. The compass is stuck on SW. The mapping does not work at all. Doing the search I think it is the GPS unit. Has anyone else had this issue. 2018 F-150.

 

Have you tried to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, just for grins to see if something resets?

Maybe check the SD card

 

Only 2015 F150s use an SD card for Navigation. OP has a 2018.

 

Try soft reset of radio.
Press and hold power button and right seek button on below radio.

 

I tried the reset on the stereo and it just went to North and is locked there now. Tried disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes and that did nothing. I think I might have to take it in to the dealer. Or just ignore it and keep my phone plugged into it and use Google maps. That is usually what I do Mainly for music. It does give me updated maps all the time.
