Default no dash control

had my radio intermittently not powering up. booked it in and they updated the ACM software. not the whole front display interface is dead. no radio controls in dash, and no climate controls either.

anyone else deal with this? new front display is ordered but part is "no stock" and no "ETA"

Yep.
Exactly the same thing is going on with my 2016 F150 right now.
Its been back at the dealers for +12 days and counting.

They replaced the Interface Module and after that the radio could not be turned off , no menu access , no back up camera and no heat / blower motor.

I did not know the heater / blower did not work until the following morning when I had to be at work with the outside temp around 20F. I ended up driving it to work with the windows down because the windshield was freezing up on the inside from my breath. It was an exhilarating 25 minute drive.

Heat and a blower motor is kind of important in Ohio during winter.......

As far as I know they tried a 2nd Interface Module and there are still problems so they are still looking at it.

This problem takes my mind off the IWE failure and I just turned over 4000 miles.

This problem disables the manual climate controls as well?

It did / does on my XL 4X4.

(I opted for the plain Jane truck with fewer toys for better reliability......)

One piece is not the issue, tying their function together was / is increadibility stupid IMHO. I wish there was an option for just a radio (am / fm) without satellite, Bluetooth and integrating vital vehicles functions with a non vital one.

I have no doubt Ford will "fix it" but it's one of the ideas that sounds good until your vehicle fails and can not be used.

Fixing it will happen eventually but the lack of availability of parts is more of a concern , especially once a vehicle is out of warranty.
Ford really needs to step it up getting parts to service departments especially when people are forced out of their vehicle.
