Default No audio from sync.

I’ve got a 2018 STX with some sync issues. Earlier today I pulled apart my dash around the radio and hvac controls to remove my girlfriend’s credit card that slid in the dash. Everything went smooth. Pull it apart. Extracted credit card. Put it back together. The issue is that now sync doesn’t have any audio. The songs are playing but no sound. When I make calls the person on the other end can hear me but I can’t hear them. I tried hooking up through the USB ports but same issue. I disconnected the battery to no avail. I did a master reset and nothing. I even tried a different phone but still the issue persists. Is there a possibility that I maybe unplugged something while I was rooting around in there? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a very big possibility you discounted something. If it was working correctly before you took it apart and not after.

Any idea what I could’ve disconnected? To me it doesn’t make a lot of sense that people can hear me talk on the phone but I can’t hear them. I guess I’ll just have to tear it apart again and look for something unplugged

Were you reaching behind the CD player/Radio module?

Yes. I was reaching down through the top of the dash. Why?

I have not taken one of the news ones apart yet, so I don't have an idea as to what got disconnected. I would pop the face plate pull the radio unit out and look for a loose plug then a place to plug it into.
