Hey everyone, I just bought a new 2016 F150 FX4 XLT and I love it! But there are a couple things that bother me and I can't figure them out, maybe y'all could help? 1) my truck vibrates above about 75. I have taken it in twice already and they did a regular re-balance and then the second time they did a road force balancing. It may have made it a tad bit better but indefinitely still feel the vibrations so it is not fixed. 2) my analog speedometer is off compared to the digital display one. I realize this isn't a huge deal but it's really annoying! New F150 problems-image-3667059981.jpg New F150 problems-image-1528462071.jpg 3) the tire pressures on my display all seem different and above what the techs say they are setting the tires to at the shop.

Mine dont vibrate.
Still do it if you throw in neutral at that speed?
If so then must be tires.

The thing about the speedometer is weird. Every Ford I have ever owned has done this. Even my Fusion and Taurus before it did that...there's a service procedure for the IC that can be accessed with a scan tool to fix this. At least I had it done with my Fusion because it was never reporting speed accurately. Our F-150 is off by a hair, but it's close enough to not have anything done about it. Also, tire pressures change depending on temperature when filled, load distribution, etc. Besides, I don't think techs really look too closely at the pressure as long as its close. Maybe you have a bad tire with a bulge or something and that's one of the reasons for the different pressures and vibrations.

I agree with OP, that you most likely have a tire out of Round, that's causing your vibration. Odd, it's at 75 or above!

Not that odd that it comes in at 75. Mine is the same. By 80 and above it is very prevalent but not noticeable below 75.

Keep taking it back until they fix it.

Had the same thing happen with some 17" Nokian tires for a previous vehicle. The shop ended up replacing two tires that were out-of-round. I also recommend getting your own digital pressure gauge to check the tires yourself.

Is here a way to test if a tire is out of round? Should I ask them to just replace all tired and wheels and then go test drive It to see if it's better?

My on board tire pressure sensors match one of my analog gauges, and don't match one analog and 2 digital gauges (which all match each other). I go with the greater psi for my air fills.
