New to the Ecoboost world. Advice?

Ditto the above! I'm only 3 days into ownership of my 3.5 truck, but I traded in a Lincoln MKS with the 3.5 EB. Same principles apply to both. These EB motors eat plugs. If on stock tune, 60k changes at max. If on a hot tune, 30k intervals. Mine at 30k in my tuned Lincoln were not pretty.
Ditto on the type of plugs as well. Hard to beat sticking with the OEM Motorcraft. If you don't want those for some reason, go with NGK iridiums.

So ..... at 40K miles and 4 years, here is what I did.... 'cause I plan on keeping my 2015 EB for at least 6 more years..... almost totally trouble free thus far and have a 10 year/100K warranty from Flood Ford.....
Tires.... MICHELIN DEFENDER LTX 275/55R20 113T BSW ALL SEASON (On super sale at Costco.....big ride improvement over OEM Hankooks that still had ~7/32 tread)
Plugs.... Motorcraft SP-534 Plugs (6) ~$8 ea. (Gap @ .030) Factory showed deterioration and gaps varied!
Boots.... Motorcraft WR-6135 Coil Boot (6) ~$5 ea.
Air Filter...Motorcraft Engine Air Filter FA-1883 ~$20
Cabin Filter..... Motorcraft Cabin Filter FP-79 ~$20.... PITA but 20 mins. total......Yuk!!! Pretty dirty
After having Dealer do oil change/filter, I did a thorough interior detail, underbody spray and also a complete engine compartment detail.....and.... seriously .... three different people have asked me "Is that a 2019?!"..... it feels like it to me....I'm feeling good 'cause my "old" truck (even without the 10 speed) IMHO rivals a $70K new Platinum I saw at the dealership yesterday while having my 18S27 Safety recall done.............AZPLAT

OH right relearn
Might be a good idea to pull the battery cables for a while - maybe even a hour. pull them both - and let the whole thing die Clear out any memory settings - it might start funny and run rough right after because it has to do the idle relearn. that is easy enough to do and there should be more on that posted on this forum somewhere.

Aside from that, and the above mentioned plugs, just normal maintenance is all mine ever needed.
