New battery
Going into winter with 70,000 miles on my 2018 that I also plow with, swapped battery from the original 760 cca one Ford installed from the factory to an Odyssey 850cca one. Always had very good luck with Odyssey and have had them last 10 years in my commercial trucks. The battery tray in the F-150 is much larger than the battery they install from the factory. I change batteries every 2 years to eliminate any issues when it drops to -25 here at times in the winter. $315 shipped

Once I put an Odyssey in, I never have to change them again. Never had one go bad yet. Even the 10 year old ones are good as new. Much more expensive on the front end, but then I am done. I use the old batteries for generators or alarm system backup power or give them to my employees. I have had some Odyssey batteries drained dead several times from employees leaving interior lights on and they go back to perfect condition after charging on a good computerized charger... The ones for the F-150 only recently came out. Before I had to get the upgraded AGM Ford battery they used on the upper level trucks to replace the smaller one the lower level trucks get from the factory. When you try to pick up an Odyssey you find that they are freakishly heavy batteries.
I just told my boss earlier today to get an Odyssey for his Jeep, even though I don't buy them myself. He's completely killed the one in it multiple times and I told him he didn't realize how good it was because typically a couple deep cycles and a standard battery is toast. Loaned him my CTEK charger that I haven't even used yet to try the recondition cycle, he's going to go ahead and get the new battery but see if his old one will recondition and at least be good for a standalone winch battery or something.
