I'm thinking of ordering a 2016 F150 lariat with the 5.0 and 3:73 gears my question is does anyone have this configuration with a 4 or 6" lift and 35" or 37" tires and what kind of MPG are you getting.

My. Wife has a 2015 with the 5.0 and 3:55's with a 4" lift and 35's
She gets 16 on the freeway and 12 in town

Just wondering if the 3:73 will help with MPG at all.

I do have to say in sport mode hers has plenty of power and is fun to drive

I'm driving a 14 king ranch f350 with 37's getting 17 on the freeway and 14 in town but I don't need the Diesle anymore.

6.5" lift 35s with 3.73s, gets about 15-16 on the highway. Haven't calculated in town mileage. Runs good lots of power

I have a 5.0, 3.73 gears, and 6" BDS lift with 35" toyo MUDs. I stay around 13 mpg. I guess it's kinda poor though due to were I live in Texas. Always a decent amount of wind and theirs no flat land. On a perfect day I can get 14-15 though. Biggest factor is going to be your tires. Rather you use a 6 ply or a 10 ply. I run a 10 ply so they are heavy as hell.
