Default Need Help! Please! Code u0164 p193e!!!

Hello, after weeks of trying to diagnose it, from checking each fuse, three times over. Pulling all different types of connectors all over the vehicle and checking for corrosion. Checking battery voltage every so often I have had no luck self diagnosing this issue. Ive read just about every forum you could possibly read about this issue. So i've decided to make my own thread and make myself look dumb hopefully but it being a simple fix lol.

So heres the details- Codes u0164 and p193e popped up on my tuners diagnostic program. But whats weird is that its only affecting my hvac and radio controls, everything else works fine with no issues. All other posts ive seen have a bunch more issues.

Its a constant 90° outside currently and i have full defrosting on, so being in my truck is unbearable.

And no i dont have forscan or any type of scanner, im just hoping someone else has had this exact issue and knows how they solved it

OK....

P193E = PCM not receiving A/C Clutch request from BCM
U0164 = No communication from HVAC Control Module

You need to make sure that you have power and ground at the HVAC control module. If power is reaching the module, and it is grounding properly, I'd begin checking module function.

You REALLY need Forscan or a proper scan tool for this.

This should get you started. Very first thing....MAKE SURE YOU HAVE POWER ON BOTH SIDES OF BOTH FUSES.

Use a meter to find out, fuses do not always blow in a visible spot. In your truck, the FCIM is the HVAC module.
