Why are you guys being a-holes to the poster? He obviously had an extremely bad experience. I wish you all the same so that others can come and rub your face in it too. As to the OP, there are two reps floating around here. PM them directly.

How does that justify the way he is posting? Please explain.

If I posted that in the way he did I would expect it. If you're looking for sympathy, don't come to an online forum and try to act like Barney Badass. Lots of people have posted their bad experiences without sounding like the OP.

Have a Snickers blswan! I agree with Tweak155, the OP opened himself up with his own words in the way he presented his post. If you think others are being a-holes, then you need to read a few more forum threads. Hell, I have only been a member for a few weeks and I have seen/read some awesome back and forth bantering, both good and bad. Every time you or anybody posts on any type of internet forum, you have to expect backlash, especially when you post in a passive aggressive manner. He has been a member for almost four years, and is acting like he never heard of PMing Ford Service on this forum.

I will take care of the problem myself . I have spent the morning buffing out the most of trash. In 45 min I will be at the Toyota Dealer. I sure am going to miss you guys. I will stop in to read about all your Ford problems. You all be sure and come over to the Tundra forums when you want to read about a High Quality Truck.

Why don't you let them redo the repair? Yes, it is a pita but it sure seems like you are blowing it out of proportion. If you want to lose a bunch of money trading it in on a Tundra then have at it.

Sounds like your problem is more with the dealership than with Ford. Did you make it clear to anybody at the dealer that you were the "Daddy"?

You should take it to a Ford dealer with its own collision repair center.
