Default Need Help Choosing Wheels

Hi Everyone. New here. Just purchased a brand new 2016 F150 and I am in love with it! I love everything about it! The power, the room, the technology... everything!

However, I just took it to the snow in Lake Tahoe and I was a bit disappointed with my ground clearance, especially with that weird wind diffuser thing up front. It tends to "Shovel" the snow causing me to get stuck. Anyways, I just purchased the Zone 6 inch lift kit from Stage 3 motorsports and now I need to get matching wheels. Wheels are my weakest area. Which width do u guys recommend? 9 or 10 inch width wheels? Or does it even matter? I'm looking at 20 inch rims. Also, any recommended offset? I would like to have the wheels flush to the fender, at most maybe stick out 1 inch. Sorry i tried to do a search but it resulted with like 1000 threads and none seem to answer my question.

Here are some pics of my truck and the snow condition I was driving in.

That offset should be fine. I have +20 with 20x9 and no rubbing issues with just a coil over lift and 285-65x20 tires

You wont be parking in the garage anymore with a 6" lift and bigger tires

Thanks for the reply and confirmation. Now my next dilemma is to see if 35 inch trail grapplers will fit. The stage 3 motorsports project truck had some rubbing with those tires.

Nitto has a handful of tire sizes that are around 35x12.5 and I would look at them or even talk to Stage 3 about sizes. The 35x12.50 trail grappler is closer to being a 35x13.5 than 12.5

Here is a list of sizes around what you want from Nitto's website

LT295/60R20 34.45x12.13
LT295/65R20 35.47x12.13
LT305/55R20 33.39x12.60
LT325/60R20 35.59x13.03
33x12.50R20LT 32.76x12.52
35x11.50R20LT 34.76x11.42
35x12.50R20LT 35.04x13.39

Ended up with the nitto trail grappler 35x12.50. Spoke to stage 3 and they said there might be minimal plastic trimming. Can't wait to post pics of everything.
