Navigation voice Quality

I have the 10 speaker system with Sub, the stereo sounds good but the navigation voice sounds like crap. Sounds like the voice is coming from a blown speaker! Does anyone know if the Nav voice comes from a single speaker on a 2015? Thanks for any help on this.

I have 2017 and nav voice is poor. So I use Google Maps app on 8 " screen and nav voice is 100 times better

how did you get Google maps app on the 8" display? I have Sync 2 (2015) you have Sync 3 , is this something I can't do?

I always turn the voice off. It has nothing to do with voice quality. It’s annoying and I don’t like it interrupting my music. I like the navigation prompts on the productivity screen.
