I am having an issue with the navigation system on my 17 XLT F-150. When I stop to fuel up with the navigation system turned on it starts speaking Spanish when the route guidance re-engages. This only happens when I stop and turn engine off in mid trip and restart the truck. Everything else, the system speaks English. Ford can't fix the problem since they don't seem to be able to duplicate the problem.

If the dealer cannot fix is there a way to try to go through Ford Corp. to resolve issue. Local dealership no help.
