Default My Cup Holder Solution

I made this out of oak, it just lays in the lower groove. This is just a prototype, once I am happy with it I will make one out of walnut.

Brilliant idea. You should mass produce and sell them to folks like me with no woodworking skills. I'd gladly give one a try.

What's the point of it? Mine came with cup holders.

Not sure if you are trolling or just haven't seen the 500+ posts complaining about the cupholders that aren't big enough to hold even my .

Hopefully what he has fits a 32oz gatorade

I've seen that trust me. Wasn't clear how these make them bigger and it didn't say that it does. Simply said it dropped in there.

Can you provide more details? Seems to me you'd have to bore out the cup holder to make it bigger.

The cup holder in the console is not deep enough for me. It holds extra large cups but they're so shallow when you turn corners the cups fall out

Is this only an issue with the centre console cupholders?

I have never had any problems with cups falling or moving around in my bench seat cup holders (the ones on the back of the arm rest)

This solves the being shallow problem as it raises where it holds your drink, I made the holes smaller than the current cup holder size. I know it holds coke cans just fine, I could make the hole size a little larger if it needed to be but there is not much room to expand the hole.
