Default Multiple electrical issues in same day

2015 Lariat 3.5L EcoBeast SCREW FX4. I hope someone can point towards a solution to this problem. Within one day I had the following issues:
  • Keyless entry stopped working, but still illuminates when pressing any key. Remote still works for lock/unlock.
  • Warning message that Driver side door is open despite the door being completely closed
  • When I come to a stop, I get a message indicating the Transmission Not In Park
  • Occasionally the Engine On message will appear when the vehicle is stopped

How old is your battery? Can you check for codes?

I agree with digitaltrucker. Often issues like this are posted is the battery needs charged or replaced. The charge might be fine to start the truck, not fine to power various electronic modules. Sometimes people don't get out on the hwy often enough to give it a good charge.

I got the not in park message when I was driving with the drivers door ajar (not closed completely). You might want to look at your door switch. Was the dome light on when you got the message? If so, that might be a clue. It could be any door.

I also vote for testing that battery.

To me, this may be an issue with your DS locking mechanism.

For instance, if I am working on my truck with the door open, I get those messages.
