One of the biggest killers is idling. If you're letting the truck warm up much that could easily be the difference along with the winter gas, lower tire pressure etc.
just out of curiosity since we live in the same area, what octane are you using, and where are you buying your gas? I always buy Costco premium, and so far this winter I’m holding steady at just under 19 (according to the LOM)
