Does anyone know of a way to go in reverse and take the contacts from SYNC 3 and move them back onto an iPhone? My phone had issues and I had to do a full restore and lost all my contacts. My phonebook is still there in SYNC though. Is there a way to move them back onto phone? Unfortunately my iCloud backup is of no use and my iTunes backup is too old to get me my contacts back. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

I don't know how to move back from SYNC to iPhone. But you still have a chance to restore lost contacts from iPhone. You can choose one of the appropriate methods.
