Arrow Mounted Air Compressor?

I'm curious what people have done or have researched in regards to a mobile air compressor.

When going off road; it would be nice to be able to air down my tires, then be able to fill them back up when I hit the pavement again.

Does anyone have an air compressor mounted underneath their truck to serve this purpose or do most people just carry a portable compressor?

"Project Farm" on YouTube has a great test and review of portable compressors, however I am really in the dark when it comes to anything mounted to the truck.

Instead of permanently mounted, try something like the Master Flow MF-1050. Check it out on the website: Master Flow. It's a highly regarded pump. Your best price will be $50 on eBay from Pep Boys. Here is the auction link

I have one of this style that I bought several years ago, though not an actual "Master Flow" if I recall correctly. I like this style because it connects directly to the battery posts. It's slow but it will get the job done, I accidentally inflated a tire on my old F250 to 80 psi with one of these because I left it running and wasn't paying attention.

If you use one of these you almost have to get one of the tire chucks with the clip on it that holds it on the valve. Also these pumps have a gauge on them but the pressure it shows isn't the same as what's in the tire.

I use this one. It's convenient and uses my drill batteries. If you get the extended battery can do a few sets of fill up
