Default More lifting

So i recently decided to install king shocks on my truck after seeing a couple of my friends doing crazy dune jumping in the desert with their own,
after the install i even went a step further and bought me some bigger tyres BFgoodrich KO2 (went from 285 to 315/17/70) and absolutely love them.

i wanted to go with 1.5" wheel spacers aswell but my new shocks can only be adjusted to 2.7" front level and that's too low for spacers because they would then rub on the sides.

so my question is:
is there a way to lift higher with my current shocks?

I wouldn't without an actual lift. Your CV axles and other angles are gonna be brutal.

Are you still running stock UCAs? How is the pitch of your ball joints when its on the ground? Im looking for about 2.5" of lift but I want to see if I need to wait for the UCAs
