Default Mobile apps and iPhone

So mobile apps such as iheart radio etc will show up on Sync screen and then not show up the next time I try to access them.

When they don't show up and try to find mobile apps I get the screen that tells me that there are not any available.

Anyone else seen this kind of behavior?

I use android and have no idea how any apps work or what apps work. I've searched and never found much information about how apps work on SYNC 3. Definitely following this thread

I have seen this issue once or twice. Typically unplugging the phone and reconnecting resolves it.

Go to settings and then mobile apps. Allow mobile apps for both settings.

Then go to mobile apps and find apps.

Then go to sources and they should show up there.
