2017 f 150 platinum rough idle at start up it settles down after it warms up has 110,000 miles on it

Might help if you post which motor you have. At that mileage have you replaced the spark plugs yet?

At that mileage you should also clean your throttle body. And the MAF if the 5.0 still has one; I'm not sure as I haven't looked under the hood of a current-gen 5.0. The 3.5 Ecoboost is speed density tuned so it doesn't have a MAF.

maybe update your title... the "missing" is cryptic at best. Maybe you are missing wheels? Maybe you are missing a tailgate?

2017 f150 Platinum, hummmmm. You have either a 3.5 Eco or a 5.0 V8. I believe in that year F150 both motors were Direct Injection (DI) only fueled motors. Your issue COULD be carbon build up/fouling on intake valves causing misfire when COLD.
