Default Misfire Issues

start off with I'm new here so I probably am posting this in the wrong section I apologize for that but straight to the point I have a 2016 F-150 with the 3.5 l EcoBoost I've replaced the plugs with factory OEM replacement I've replaced the coils and I'm still having a serious misfire problem I can't give it more than quarter throttle without it starting to buck and lurch and run like crap check engine light flashes it'll run a horrible going down the road for a minute and then it comes out of it until I give it throttle again check engine light will stop flashing and just stay solid I know I need to run and get the codes for what the check engine light is but just trying to get a jump start and ideas other than what I've already done

Welcome to the forum. Grab a good OBD reader to use with Forscan and check for DTCs.

.
You're asking for guessing before the code is known.
Here is my guess.
It involves the EGR or Boost control systems.
Good luck.

Codes 302, 303, 306 are all cylinder misfires.
Code 1450 is fuel Tank/.Evap system.
Code 420 is Cat converter low efficiency.
.
Three different areas. for faults.
Only thing common is lack of fuel pressure as a possibility.
Live Data needs to be looked at for clues to the issues and any commonality that might exist.
Data to look at:
Fuel Pressure.
Cat Temp and Rear Ox Sensors output for Bank 1 and compared to Bank 2 for both health conditions evaluation of both.
If misfire are still in permeant, they must be addressed first for data to be fully relevant.
Sorry to get so deep but it has to be done from data and not guessing so you know what's going on, just like a Doctor.
Good luck.
