Mirror part # decoding help
Hello,
I need help decoding this mirror part: FL34-17683-RK5FSD. I attached a photo of the label. It appears to NOT have spotlights which my F150 does have.
The seller claims it's part # FL3Z-17683-MCPTM (this part # would have spotlights).
Any help is appreciated!

You are correct...the mirror attached to that label does NOT have spot lights. The service part number is FL3Z-17683-RDPTM
The other number you posted FL3Z-17683-MCPTM actually changes to MDPTM and does have spot lights as you stated.
