Question Mirror memory setting...?

My 2020 F150 has memory settings and when I changed between the memory settings, everything will go to the preset setting except the driver mirror. I am able to adjust the mirror using the panel on the door, but no matter which memory setting I try to use, the driver mirror will not adjust with the memory settings. Is there a fuse or something that I can check? Why is it working in every instance except the memory settings? Thanks in advance.

Test: Manually modify the position then use the fob or memory recall button to reset to the saved position.

Perhaps the mirror setting was never adjusted and both memory settings have the same mirror position.

Start fresh with reestablishing the memory setting.

Sorry for the 3 options, but I don't know what you've done to prove the memory recall is not working properly. As far as I know, there is no fuse that controls only one mirror only in a memory recall situation.
You say everything else works, I assume you mean the passenger mirror will adjust, the steering wheel and the seat position also move with the recall button.

Correct, every other setting will adjust to it's preset number, just not the driver mirror. I will try to adjust the mirror and reset the recall number. Thank you.

Tried adjusting the mirror and setting the memory setting and it still doesn't move when the memory preset is pushed. Everything else changes, seat, pedals, steering wheel, passenger side mirror. I'm stumped.....?

I'm having problems with my 2018 memory seating settings. The mirrors won't reset in the correct position (#1) unless I go to (#2 or #3) setting and then back to #1. I think it needs a computer re-program from the dealer. What do you think?
