I work an event in the summer where Ford is a major sponsor and because of that we get the use of the current year F150's throughout the grounds. My area specifically gets two F150s.

Now that the bodies are all aluminum our mini lightbars obviously will not mount. We cannot do anything to the truck that is permanent or leave any scratches ect... This is only for about a week and a half so we don't want to spend much money, and I've never quite trusted suction cups. The trucks will see some regular road/highway driving.

I've looked at the Acari mounts, and aside from being $300 a piece they still won't fit the bill as the mounting surface is still aluminum. And with the trucks changing every few years who knows how many years it'll fit going forward.

Any other ideas??
