If it's NOT being adjusted but the bag is deflating while the truck is powered off, then I bet there is a leak.

Unfortunately, turning down the settings failed to work on the passenger seat humming, so I will talk to dealer on Monday. Thanks for everyone's input.

I now hear the passenger seat lumbar doing its thing as soon as I open my door, it is not associated with me starting the truck. I have also had my seats fixed for a disconnected massaging seats component 4 times so it is very possible the system is leaking again.

My dads 2015 had this problem, took it to the dealer and ended up being something defected with the massaging feature. Sorry for not having the specifics, I can ask him tomorrow for more details. But yeah, check with the dealer.
