Default MAP Sensor Cleaning

My dilemma is that i have a 2016 3.5 EcoBoost with 84K miles currently. I have owned the truck for a year and when I purchased the truck I transferred over my K&N air filter over to it from my 2010. I am going to be replacing the filter with either an OEM, Wix, or AEM washable dry filter and when I do so I was thinking of possibly cleaning these sensors if needed. I always cleaned and oiled the filter properly and have never had any issues with it. Is it worth cleaning these sensors when I do so? I have no issues, just wanting to go a different route. I have only put 8K miles on the truck and that many miles on the filter in this truck. There was a paper filter in it when I swapped it out last year. If these sensors need cleaning, what is there location? I'm finding conflicting answers of what sensors in the intake to clean and most stuff I am finding is for the 2011-2014s.
