Default MAP/MAF Cleaning

I cleaned my MAP & MAF sensors and seem like I've regained a few MPG. It's too early for hard numbers, I want to run a few tanks first but looks promising. I'm also hoping it will help my occasional rough idle, but I suspect that's the 70,000 mile spark plugs...

Anyone else have any success with this?

Here is a short how to video I did.

You should also clean your throttle body. It will help the idle, but you are correct that the 70k mile plugs are ready to be changed. I did mine at 32k miles and it resolved a cold start, slightly longer crank before starting.

There is no MAF and cleaning a MAP does nothing.

I was finding conflicting information on this based on years. Is that first one just an a IAT then?

As to cleaning a MAP doing nothing, agree to disagree. Dirty MAP sensors have been causing problems since they were invented. Low boost codes and rough idle is a common symptoms. Mine were pretty clean, but I've seen some bad ones.
